NOMA's digital nomad concierges are digital nomads themselves. Each of them have been exploring while working for at least a few years. They experienced both the greatest and the worst of being a digital nomad. They will use their personal experiences to make sure you can explore comfortably, for as long as you want to.

NOMA's digital nomad concierges are not tax experts: they can't help directly with your tax questions, but they can redirect you to tax experts that could help you based on your situation. NOMA's digital nomad concierges are not travel agents: they can't plan all your explorations and book activities for you. They will however give you recommendations and resources so you can do it yourself. NOMA's digital nomad concierges are not counselors or therapists: they can't give you personal advices nor help you fix your relations. Though they can listen to you if that's what you need. NOMA's digital nomad concierges can't do anything illegal or shady.

It depends on each situation and your preferences. Usually, we will take care of the reservations to make sure you can get the best deal possible. But if you prefer to do it yourself, then inform your concierge and we'll accommodate your request as best as possible.

Absolutely not! We have concierges for everyone: solo, couples, families, group of friends, group of coworkers, and even nomads with pets. And the best part is that it's always the same price, no matter how many you are.

As long as everyone participating to a session is part of your travelling group, there is no limit. So if you explore with your other half, with your family, with friends & coworkers, or even with your furry friends, your concierge will be happy to meet them as well.
