Recently renovated. Well isolated from outside noise when windows are closed. The kitchen has only the strict minimum, but you won't really need it with all the good places there are within walking distance. The unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Small home office along with a comfortable and spacious dedicated workspace for up to 3 people at the same time. They also give access to a very large monitor. The bigger workspace is shared with the other unit so you will need to pack your things when you are done using it. Other than that, it's very quiet and you should be alone most of the time.

Very fast and stable. We never had any issues with it.

Residential area, many restaurants & cafes around. Within a 15min walk from Itaewon (uphill) and 10min walk from Han River (downhill). There are 2 convenience stores and a grocery store within a 5min walk. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment to take you to the nearest metro stations. Otherwise, it's a 15min walk (uphill) to go to the metro.
